Talksome
Communication in building blocks.
Talksome is a cloud-based telephony platform for businesses, built around a modular business phone system called Compass. It addresses the need to assemble voice communication from interchangeable building blocks rather than a fixed system, covering call routing, desk phone control, contact centre monitoring, and mobile management. The platform integrates with existing PBX platforms and includes ready-made applications.
Compass is accompanied by Studio, a drag-and-drop interface for managing call routes; Navigator, a mobile app for adjusting call routing settings; Bridge, for controlling desk phones and managing calls from the desktop; and Panel, for real-time contact centre monitoring. An API with documentation and libraries supports building custom telephony applications. Contact centre features include call control, wrap-up time, cherry picking, listen-in, Reporter, a cloud softphone, and an own Compass environment.
Talksome targets businesses as well as resellers and partners, offering white-label reselling through a Compass Partner model. Plans are packaged as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Enterprise editions, each listing the same feature set, with 24x7 support and an SLA; pricing is provided on request.
