Spike is an incident management and on-call platform that receives alerts from monitoring tools, groups and de-duplicates them, and routes them to responders through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and a mobile app. Escalation policies page successive responders until an incident is acknowledged, and alert rules can route incidents automatically based on title, severity or payload priority.
Features include on-call scheduling with shift overrides and calendar sync, live call routing, incident grouping and suppression, auto-resolution timers, status pages, war rooms, and integrations with 80+ tools including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, PagerDuty-style webhooks, Jira, Linear and ClickUp. Spike also offers AI-assisted incident triage that suggests severity and priority, plus MCP connections for extending the platform through AI clients and custom agents.
Spike is packaged in three editions: a Starter plan for small teams, a Business plan for scaling teams with multiple rotations, and an Enterprise plan with SSO, dedicated support and managed call routing. The Starter and Business plans are priced per user with monthly or annual billing and include a 14-day trial; Enterprise is available through contact with sales.
