ITFlow
IT documentation, ticketing and billing for small MSPs.
ITFlow is an open-source platform for Managed Service Providers that brings client documentation, support tickets, invoicing, accounting, password management, a client portal, bulk email, calendar events, and lead management into a single system. Modules can be turned on or off, so an MSP can use only the parts it needs, such as documentation alone.
Core capabilities include client records covering contacts, locations, vendors, computer assets, software licenses, web domains, and documents; ticket creation, prioritization, and tracking; recurring invoices, quotes, automated reminders, and online payment via Stripe; and accounting for expenses, income, payroll, assets, and reports. The password manager uses AES encryption, and the client portal gives clients access to account information, ticket status, invoices, and documents. AI support works with self-hosted options like Ollama and LocalAI as well as external services like ChatGPT, assisting with ticketing, billing, documentation, and text editing. An API supports integration with RMMs and CRMs.
ITFlow is aimed at MSPs and is offered as free and open source, with a demo available for evaluation.
