ClickHelp

Cloud-based documentation platform for authoring, hosting, translating and delivering user

Visit ClickHelp

ClickHelp is a cloud-based documentation platform that brings authoring, hosting, translation and delivery of technical content into a single portal. It addresses the problem of scattered documentation by letting teams write once and reuse content across audiences, product versions and output formats, covering user guides, knowledge bases, API documentation, tutorials and context-sensitive help.

Core capabilities include single-sourcing with snippets, variables and conditional content; multi-channel publishing to online documentation, PDF, Web Help and DOCX; a Translator Workspace with Google Cloud Translation and Microsoft Translator support; and analytics and reporting with content metrics and Google Analytics 4 integration. The platform offers reader UI templates, full-text search, role-based permissions, SSO, and a REST API alongside integrations such as Zendesk, Zapier, Open API (Swagger), Disqus, LiveChat and JotForm. An AI Suite provides writing assistance, source-linked answers and in-app helpers.

ClickHelp is aimed at technical writers, support and customer success teams, and product and engineering teams. It is available as a hosted service with a 14-day full-featured free trial requiring no credit card, and can also be deployed on-premises; data storage can be selected across regions in the USA, Europe and Australia.
