Apache Guacamole

Clientless remote desktop gateway for VNC, RDP, and SSH.

Visit Apache Guacamole

Apache Guacamole is a clientless remote desktop gateway that supports standard protocols such as VNC, RDP, and SSH. Because the client is an HTML5 web application, no plugins or client software are required; once Guacamole is installed on a server, access to desktops only requires a web browser. Desktops accessed through Guacamole need not physically exist, allowing hosted desktops in the cloud.

Guacamole is built on its own stack of core APIs, which are documented in the online manual with tutorials and conceptual overviews. These APIs allow Guacamole to be integrated into other applications, whether open source or proprietary. The project is free and open source software, licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Community support is available through public mailing lists, and dedicated commercial support is available through third party companies.
