TTNC is a UK cloud telecommunications provider regulated by Ofcom as a Telecoms Network Operator, operating since 2004. It supplies virtual telephone numbers, VoIP services, SIP Trunks, call management features, call tracking, and telephone answering services through a single platform, addressing business communication needs across office and remote working setups.
Services are managed through myTTNC, an online account platform for number configuration, call statistics, call recordings, SMS, fax, Make A Call, billing, and additional user accounts. VoIP includes a Cloud PBX, a softphone app for mobile, desktop, and browser, pre-configured VoIP handsets, and team availability visibility. Call management covers queuing, virtual receptionist, call greetings, time-based forwarding, inbound call recording, and missed call alerts. SIP Trunks provide unlimited outbound channels, IP authentication, and online channel management, connecting existing PBX systems to the TTNC network. An API is also available.
TTNC serves businesses of varying sizes, from sole traders to larger enterprises, across the UK and internationally. Numbers are available across UK ranges and numerous countries worldwide. Call statistics and myTTNC access are included free with numbers, and pricing is described as transparent. The provider holds ISO 9001 and follows ISO 27001 security standards, and is a member of Comms Council UK, FCS, and Ombudsman Services.
