Thirdlane

White-label multi-tenant voice and UC apps for service providers.

Visit Thirdlane

Thirdlane is a white-label, multi-tenant communications platform for MSPs, ITSPs, telcos, and UCaaS providers that combines business voice, PBX, unified communications, and optional contact center, CRM, messaging, and AI modules in one system. It addresses the need to deliver branded voice and UC services to many isolated tenants while keeping branding, pricing, billing, and end-customer relationships with the service provider. The platform can be self-hosted on provider-controlled infrastructure or operated by Thirdlane, with dedicated single-customer deployments also available.

Core capabilities include multi-tenant administration, call routing, IVR, voicemail, recording, conferencing, and phone provisioning; Connect apps for web, desktop, and mobile covering calls, messaging, meetings, presence, and file sharing; an omnichannel contact center with queues and routing; a built-in CRM; AI call analysis with transcription, summaries, and sentiment; and reporting. Integrations cover Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, helpdesk systems, and major SIP desk phones, alongside documented REST APIs and webhooks. Security controls include OIDC SSO, directory sync, role-based administration, encrypted credentials, configurable retention, and TLS/SRTP support.

Thirdlane is aimed primarily at service providers operating multi-tenant platforms, with enterprise IT and smaller single-site organizations also served through partners or dedicated deployments. Licensing is offered per seat or per concurrent call, with optional modules for contact center, CRM, AI, and WhatsApp unlocking independently. Self-hosted deployments use an annual subscription; Thirdlane-managed deployments are billed monthly. Annual terms are standard, with multi-year options available, and support tiers range from standard to premium and 24x7.
