OnePatch is an observability and incident tool that checks pull requests against live production telemetry and helps engineers diagnose and fix issues when they break. It addresses the gap between fast code delivery and slow visibility into production failures, where context is scattered across logs, traces, dashboards, and Slack.
Setup connects GitHub and Slack, then adds OpenTelemetry instrumentation to a repository through a single pull request. As telemetry flows, the agent learns service behavior and creates monitors and dashboards. The product includes pull request verification, incident detection, threads, and investigations, with entry points through a chat UI, Slack bot, MCP, and CLI. It can also take read-only access to cloud providers and MCP servers to unify existing telemetry.
OnePatch is aimed at fast-moving engineering teams. Pricing is organized into Starter, Scale, and Enterprise editions, each with a set number of included conclusive investigations and additional investigations billed on a usage basis; Enterprise offers custom pricing.
