MIP (Master Intelligence Platform) is a central integration layer that combines CRM, CDP, marketing automation, AI and social media technology. It brings customer data together into a single 360° view, keeps it continuously cleaned and validated, and enables activation from one central place, with a strong focus on insights and dashboards. It works alongside existing tools such as Mailchimp and Salesforce without rip-and-replace.
The platform includes a Target Customer Engagement Module, a Socials social media module, and Insights covering intelligence, AI and dashboards, alongside data quality management. It supports data integration from sources such as point-of-sale, webshop, CRM, email and social, with dashboards, segmentations, RFM and lifecycle analysis, flows, campaigns and predictions. MIP is offered alongside Stratics services including coaching, data analytics and AI & ML, and can be taken with onboarding without additional services. Engagements are phased, with a first phase of six weeks and no long-term contractual obligation.
