Users upload files, websites, images and videos to a knowledge base, customise the chatbot's design, and embed it on their website without coding. It supports over 100 languages and connects to external applications via Zapier.
Features include a custom knowledge base, custom design with logos, colours and fonts, an analytics dashboard, voice to text, API access, citations, custom domains, and Zapier integration with over 5000 applications. The platform runs on OpenAI's GPT models, with GPT-4 available and GPT-4 in Pro+ mode. Additional LLM integrations (Llama 2, Bard, Falcon) and integration to external applications are available as add-ons.
