The platform includes Botpress Viber, a natural language builder that creates agents from a prompt; Botpress Studio, a visual builder; Built by Botpress, an end-to-end agent service; Botpress Engine, the underlying AI infrastructure; and Botpress Desk, a helpdesk. Components include Knowledge Bases, Tables, playbooks, escalation rules, simulations, and integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, and Hubspot. Agents deploy to channels including Webchat, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and Twilio.

Packaging includes a free plan with a limited number of conversations and seats, and paid editions with higher conversation allowances, included AI usage, unlimited agents, whitelabeling, and technical support, billed monthly or annually.
