ContraForce is an Agentic Security Delivery Platform for MSPs, MSSPs, and security operations teams running Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel. It addresses the delivery work that follows detection: triage, investigation, response, tuning, ticketing, and reporting. Security Delivery Agents carry out these tasks across client tenants, while Gamebooks enforce documented operating procedures, with human approval gates retained for consequential actions.
The platform includes a Gamebook Engine, Agent Policies, approval workflows, confidence thresholds, and a full audit trail. It integrates with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, SentinelOne, and CrowdStrike, plus ticketing systems including Autotask, ServiceNow, and Jira. REST and webhook APIs support custom workflows, and an AI Query Assistant is available on higher tiers. ContraForce operates inside customer tenants without duplicating logs, and supports multi-tenant control through federated access.
ContraForce is packaged as ContraForce Cloud, a hosted monthly plan plus a flat rate per incident processed by an agent, with unlimited Security Delivery Agents. Published tiers are Starter, Growth, and Scale, each with a workspace allowance; additional workspaces can be added, and annual billing is discounted. A 30-day trial is available with no credit card required. Enterprise terms are quoted directly.
