Arc

An internet-native operating system for economic activity.

Visit Arc

Arc is an open platform combining apps, assets, developer tools, and a settlement network, built on Arc Network, an open Layer-1 blockchain designed for reliable value exchange. It addresses the need for real-time, programmable movement of value across payments, FX, lending, capital markets, treasury operations, and tokenized assets, with predictable dollar-based fees and deterministic sub-second finality.

Core components include Arc Portal for wallet funding, asset swaps, and ecosystem discovery; Arc Studio, which generates frontend, backend, and smart contracts from a described concept; and the App Kits SDK suite covering onramping, payments, crosschain transactions, and agentic workflows. The network runs under a Proof-of-Authority model with a permissioned validator set and network-level sanctions controls. Developer resources include Arc dev docs, predeploy tooling in Arc Foundry, security checks in Arc Studio, technical office hours, a bug bounty program, and audit support for qualifying builders through a grant program. Third-party providers monitor network activity.

Arc is intended for independent developers, startups, fintechs, institutions, and enterprises building financial applications, as well as AI agents executing economic workflows. The platform is open to build and deploy on; the pages do not describe specific plans, trials, or pricing tiers.
