User engagement tools for surveys and feedback on websites and apps

UserReport is a set of two embeddable widgets for websites and apps: a survey widget and a feedback widget. The survey widget collects demographic and attitudinal data, including Net Promoter Score, and can be connected to Google Analytics. The feedback widget, also called the Feedback Forum, lets users submit and vote on ideas so the most popular suggestions rise to the top.

The survey widget supports demographic questions, Net Promoter Score, device comparison, and newsletter signup. The Feedback Forum can be customized with your own text, colors, and logo, and is available in more than 60 languages. A Premium edition adds Kits, which validates and showcases audience data for publishers and advertisers.

UserReport is aimed at publishers, brands, agencies, and e-commerce teams. The widgets are installed by adding a code snippet to a website. A free account is available, and the Premium edition is offered for publishers.
