Upvoty is a customer feedback platform for product teams that centralizes the collection, prioritization, and communication of feature requests. It replaces scattered emails and spreadsheets with voting boards where users submit and upvote ideas, a public roadmap showing what is planned or shipped, and a changelog for announcing releases and notifying voters.
Core modules include Feedback Boards, a Public Roadmap, Changelog, and an In-App Feedback Widget. Feedback can be segmented by revenue or account tier, and duplicate posts can be merged automatically with Merge AI. Integrations cover Slack, Intercom, Zapier, and Jira, alongside a REST API with webhooks. An MCP server connects Upvoty to AI clients such as Claude and Cursor for reading posts, creating feedback, and drafting changelog entries. Additional capabilities include smart tags, moderation, SSO, custom domains, multi-language support, team roles, and CSV data exports.
Upvoty is aimed at product teams and SaaS companies. It is packaged into three editions—Power, Super, and Hyper—covering single-project use through unlimited projects with API and MCP access, plus an enterprise option with SAML SSO and a custom DPA.
