Topia

Real-time social experiences inside accessible virtual worlds for work, learning, and play

Visit Topia

Topia is a virtual world platform for hosting persistent, spatial environments where people meet through proximity-based video conversations. It addresses the limitations of conventional video conferencing by letting users move between conversations within a shared 2.5D space, embed applications and tools, and maintain ongoing gathering places for events, classes, communities, or virtual offices. Worlds are built with a drag-and-drop builder and can be accessed through a web browser without special hardware.

Core capabilities include spatial audio and video, screensharing, presentation mode, session recording, text and direct messaging, an events scheduling system, moderation tools, an analytics dashboard, controlled access with SSO, and admin permissions. Users can embed games, tools, applications, and websites, with an open API, SDK, and webhooks for building custom extensions. AI features cover world design through generative tools, in-world AI embodiments, and AI-assisted content moderation and analytics. Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations are available for moderation.

Topia serves education, enterprise training, marketing, gaming communities, and distributed teams. It is packaged in three tiers: a free Demo plan with limited capacity, a seat-based Pro plan with a monthly minimum that unlocks all features, and a custom Enterprise plan offering higher capacity, SSO, custom domains, and dedicated single-tenancy white-label deployments.
