Termix
Clientless web-based server management with SSH and file manager
Termix is a self-hosted server management platform that provides a web-based front end along with optional desktop and mobile connector apps. It addresses the challenge of managing multiple remote servers and network resources from a single interface, eliminating the need for separate tools or VPN connections for routine administration tasks.
The platform includes SSH terminal access with tmux integration, split-screen support, session recording, and sharing. It offers network tunnels, host metrics monitoring, Docker management, file management with a trash system, and fleet-wide command execution for running commands, pushing files, or collecting inventory across groups of hosts. Automations can be triggered by events, schedules, or webhooks, and an AI assistant can read the setup and propose changes. A customizable dashboard includes a network topology graph, and an API is available for scripting. Authentication supports local accounts, SSO providers (OIDC, LDAP, GitHub, Google), two-factor authentication, and RBAC sharing.
Termix is designed for system administrators and IT teams who manage multiple servers or devices. The server can be installed via Docker, Kubernetes, manual compilation, or Proxmox, with support for SQLite, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases. Connector apps are available for Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android. The platform is self-hosted and can also be deployed on a cloud VPS for external access.
