Survser

Survser is a lightweight microsurvey tool for SaaS and e-commerce teams that captures customer feedback in real time. It addresses the problem of visitors leaving a site or app without sharing their reasons, letting teams ask targeted questions at key moments through in-app popup widgets, shareable standalone survey pages at public URLs, and a native Shopify post-purchase checkout block.

Surveys are built from more than 20 templates or from scratch without code, with triggers for pageviews, exit intent, element clicks, and custom JavaScript events. Responses are tracked with sentiment analysis, NPS and CSAT scoring, trend tracking, visual breakdowns, and CSV export. Recurring surveys can be scheduled at fixed intervals, and targeting can filter by user attributes or audience sampling. Integrations include Zapier, webhooks, and support for React, Vue.js, HTML/JS, Shopify, and WordPress via a script tag or npm package.

Survser is aimed at SaaS and e-commerce teams of varying size. It is packaged in three seat-based editions — Lite, Standard, and Pro — with limits on team members, monthly survey responses, tracked users, and simultaneous surveys varying by plan.
