Easy, quick, and secure remote desktop control
Supremo is remote desktop control software for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, built for remote technical support and unattended access to PCs and servers. It uses a small executable that does not require router or firewall configuration, and sessions are protected with AES 256-bit encryption, TLS 1.2, UAC compatibility, dynamic or static passwords, two-factor authentication, ID whitelisting and anti-brute-force protection.
Core features include unattended access, file transfer, remote printing, live chat, an online address book, contacts sharing, online reports, automatic updates and a customizable branded interface. An API supports integration with third-party systems, and named integrations include Acronis, Remote Desktop Manager, Riversuite, Deepser and Easy Connect by PhySonix. Supremo Professional adds an IT RMM Console with a support queue, license usage control, connection monitoring, automatic and mass deployment, remote device management, device health checks, patch management, processes, services and events management, network scanning, user management, license sharing and remote support invoicing.
Supremo is packaged for solo, business and professional use cases, with plans available over three-month, one-year, two-year and three-year terms. Extra connections can be purchased separately, and IT security features are available as an add-on. A free download is available for customers, and non-professional or non-continuous use can be upgraded to new versions at no cost.
