Sorry App
The hosted status page for teams who want to be more transparent
Sorry App is a hosted status page service for communicating incidents, scheduled maintenance, and general product notices to customers and internal teams. It supports public status pages, private status pages for internal communication, and status page collections that combine multiple products and services into one subscriber experience. Subscribers maintain a single profile tied to their email address, choosing notification channels and the components they want to follow across all pages.
Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Intercom, Twilio, Vonage, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Pingdom, New Relic, UptimeRobot, and X, along with a REST API, Status API, and a status badge. Security features cover SSL/TLS certificates, SSO with Google and SAML, role-based access control, and encrypted password storage.
Sorry App is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day trial requiring no credit card, including a set number of subscribers and team members. Additional team members, private status pages, and multiple status pages are available as add-ons, and an enterprise edition provides dedicated account management, flexible billing, and custom end-user license agreements.
