Surveys can be delivered by email, on your website, by SMS, QR code, link or API, with automated tagging of themes and sentiment so responses can be reviewed by product, segment, team or geography.

Reporting tracks themes and trends over time, and data can be enriched with order or CRM details. Integrations cover Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Slack, Trello and Zapier, with webhooks and a REST API for custom connections.
