Saasu

Saasu is cloud-based accounting software for Australian small businesses, designed to bring invoicing, expenses, payroll, cashflow forecasting, inventory, multi-currency transactions and reporting into one platform. It addresses the administrative burden of running a business by connecting bank feeds, automating Single Touch Payroll and SuperStream lodgement to the ATO, and supporting e-invoicing through Link4. Data is hosted on Australian infrastructure with encryption and multi-factor authentication.

Core capabilities include invoicing and quotes with online payment, expense recording with document attachments, recurring credit card billing, a customer invoice portal, reports and statements, cashflow forecasts and budgets, inventory item management, and multi-currency invoicing with automatic exchange rate conversion. Integrations cover payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Braintree and eWAY; e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and Neto; CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce and iGlobe; data capture tools like Veryfi and Squirrel Street; and logistics platforms including NPF and WMS. The software runs in a web browser and has native iOS and Android apps.

Saasu is aimed at sole traders, startups, small teams and established businesses across trades, services, retail, e-commerce and other sectors. It is packaged in annual plans differentiated by the number of bank feeds, transactions per year, employees and attachment storage, with all core features included at each tier.
