Ritlabs (The Bat!)
Secure email client software for Windows
The Bat! is an email client for Windows designed to protect correspondence and manage large volumes of mail. It has been under continuous development since 1998. The product line also includes The Bat! Voyager, a portable email client that runs from a USB drive, and BatPost, a mail server.
The Bat! supports OpenPGP encryption, including an internal OpenPGP implementation and Autocrypt for easier end-to-end encryption, along with TLS 1.3 support and certificate management. It handles IMAP and offers interface customization, accessibility improvements, and auto spell check in subjects. The Bat! Voyager requires a The Bat! Professional license, while BatPost is offered separately.
The Bat! and BatPost are available to try free for 30 days before purchasing a license.
