Quality Driven Software (QDS) is a customer satisfaction and employee accountability platform for service businesses. It automates customer surveys, ties survey scores to individual employees, and provides dashboards, reports and alerts on service quality. It also includes an HR module for tracking disciplinary issues and employee retention, plus a Culture First membership community included with every plan.
QDS sends surveys by email, phone and SMS, with automated follow-up for non-respondents. Features include a visual performance dashboard, filterable reports, QA/QC entry, real-time alerts on negative feedback and low scores, weekly emailed admin summary reports, and a WordPress plugin for publishing positive survey comments to a website. The HR module provides a calendar view of issues, color-coded severity levels, automatic policy violation advancement, and monthly and annual retention statistics with industry and company-size comparisons. Mobile access is available.
QDS is designed for service business owners and management teams. Plans are available on monthly or annual billing, with an HR-module-only edition, plus Starter, Intermediate and Enterprise tiers that vary by monthly survey volume and included features. Enterprise supports up to 2,000 surveys per month, with volume pricing available above that. All plans include unlimited users, clients and employees, and a free 14-day trial; subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time.
