Product Fruits is a no-code user onboarding and product adoption platform for web apps and SaaS products. It helps product, growth and customer success teams guide new signups to their first value, move trial users toward conversion, reduce repetitive support questions, and surface new features — all without developer work beyond a one-time snippet.
Built in a single editor, its modules include Flows (branching in-app and email journeys), Checklists, Tours and hints, In-app announcements, an in-app help center and knowledge base, and lifecycle emails. Elvin AI acts as a user-facing agent that answers questions from connected help sources and builds walkthroughs on request, while an onboarding creator agent drafts flows and content for editing. Segments, custom attributes, custom events and integrations with HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, webhooks and a REST API support targeting and data sync. Product Fruits MCP connects onboarding data to assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
