Orderspace

The easy way to take wholesale orders

Visit Orderspace

Orderspace is wholesale ordering software that gives businesses a private B2B ordering website for their customers. It replaces spreadsheets and manual order handling with a branded site where approved customers log in, search products, order from wholesale-specific forms, re-order from past orders, and see customer-specific pricing. Admin tools cover order processing, dispatch, delivery notes, picking lists, commercial invoices, stock levels, customer management, and sales reporting.

The platform supports multiple currencies, minimums, multiples, tiered discounts, preorders, standing orders, and product variants. Sales reps can view the site as any of their customers, place orders on their behalf, and access sales reports. Payments integrate with Stripe and PayPal, invoices export to Xero or QuickBooks Online, shipping connects to ShipStation, EasyPost, or Veeqo, and stock syncs with Unleashed or Shopify. Zapier and a custom API support additional integrations.

Orderspace is aimed at small businesses, wholesalers, and distributors. It offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Plans are subscription-based and seat-based, with tiers that vary by admin user and sales rep limits, plus an option to use a custom domain on higher plans.
