Store setup uses customizable templates with no coding required, and products can be imported from Shopify, Etsy, or Squarespace. Core tools include real-time inventory, discounted shipping labels, discount codes, sales insights, and payment processing through Stripe or PayPal. An app marketplace extends functionality with integrations such as Printify, Printful, DSers, ShipStation, Pirate Ship, Zapier, Omnisend, Google Analytics, and channels for Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shopping, and Google Shopping. Support is available through in-app messaging, email, and a help center.
Big Cartel is aimed at creators including musicians, makers, resellers, and fundraisers. It offers a free Gold plan with five product listings and one template, no credit card required, plus paid Platinum and Diamond editions with a 7-day free trial on Platinum. The platform charges no transaction fees.
