Obeatow

Obeatow is a visual feedback and bug-reporting tool that brings feedback collection, a support widget, roadmap sharing, and changelog announcements into a single product. It is designed to sit alongside an existing support or live chat system, using custom launchers or direct links, so teams can capture what users see rather than relying on traditional surveys.

The support widget combines live chat, roadmap, and feedback or bug submissions in one embeddable component, installed with a single code snippet. Feedback includes visual context, user ratings, and data such as country, device, and browser, with filters by time period. Notifications can be sent through Slack or email, and native integrations cover HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, and Slack, with Zapier connecting to thousands of additional apps. The roadmap accepts feature requests without requiring user accounts, and changelog updates can be shared on the roadmap page.

Obeatow is aimed at SaaS product teams and others embedding feedback collection in their own dashboards or sites. It is packaged as a free Basic plan with monthly submission and workspace limits, alongside paid Pro and Business editions that raise or remove those limits and add features such as no branding, webhook, and Zapier integration. Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually, and white labeling is available on paid plans.
