Mendato is a cloud-based platform for commercial cleaning companies that brings time tracking, staff planning, accounting, and controlling into a single system. It replaces paper timesheets and disconnected tools by linking hours, shifts, invoices, and site-level figures so that data flows between areas in real time.
Core modules include Time Tracking with GPS check-in and automatic timesheets, Staff Planning with drag-and-drop rosters and leave management, Accounting with invoice generation and DATEV export, and Controlling with target-versus-actual hours and margin calculations. Additional modules cover Quality Management with photo documentation and digital work tickets, a Customer Portal for viewing invoices and service records, and Subcontractor Billing with percentage splits and credit notes. The Mendato Operations app runs on iOS and Android for cleaners, while administration runs in the browser.
Mendato is aimed at cleaning businesses of varying sizes, from small operations to large enterprises. It is packaged in tiered plans based on company size and number of cleaners, with limits on back-office and operations users; higher tiers add features such as the customer portal, subcontractor management, controlling, and integrations. A custom package is available for larger companies. A 7-day free trial is offered with no setup fees, and DATEV export is included in every plan.
