Last Accounting Company is a fixed-price accounting service for Finnish startups, scaleups and SMBs that combines the work of an accounting firm with accounting software in one service. An AI agent named Björn performs manual tasks such as chasing receipts, reconciling bank statements, compiling VAT returns, running payroll and closing the books, while human accountants review and sign off the results.
The service covers bookkeeping, invoices and payables, payroll, VAT and tax filings, monthly closes, financial statements, consolidations and advisory. Connected data sources including banks, CRM, expenses, cards, HR, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, email inboxes and tax authorities feed into the LAC General Ledger as a single source of truth, replacing accounting systems such as Procountor, Fennoa and Netvisor. An MCP server lets you connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agents to exchange context, documents, status and figures with the service.
It is aimed at founder-led teams and established companies that want recurring finance work handled without internal staffing. Pricing is fixed and does not scale with headcount or company size.
