Core capabilities include configurable steps for each operation, automatic scheduling of cyclical maintenance based on device history and workload, a device database dashboard, and reports covering completed tasks, used parts, and device mileage. Protocols and documents can be generated and sent to clients automatically. Partners can report issues by scanning a device QR code, attaching photos, and submitting requests for consumables or other needs. Integrations are available through Zapier and REST API, with examples including Slack notifications, Fresh Ping, and Pipedrive. The product runs as a mobile app for field operators and clients.
