Jitsu
Open-source Customer Data Platform for collecting event data from web, app, email, chatbot
Jitsu is an event data pipeline that collects events from websites, apps, APIs and other sources and streams them into a data warehouse in real time, keeping the warehouse as the central source of truth. It supports both a managed cloud service and a self-hostable, MIT-licensed open-source edition.
Core capabilities include real-time event streaming with sub-second delivery, Kafka-backed buffering to avoid data loss, deduplication, automatic schema management, identity stitching, and on-the-fly transformations via Jitsu Functions running in a JavaScript runtime with npm access. Integrations cover 609+ connectors for sources and 32+ destinations, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, MySQL and a bundled ClickHouse. Custom domains, an events debugger, API access, Segment API compatibility, and SOC 2 and GDPR compliance are also available.
Jitsu is aimed at teams building data pipelines from web, app and API events. Packaging includes a free plan with a monthly active-event allowance, a Business plan with a trial and usage-based overages on active events and active syncs, and a custom Enterprise plan. Deployment options span Jitsu Cloud, Jitsu Private Cloud and on-premises, plus the free open-source edition with no usage limits.
