Databricks

Build and run apps, agents and AI on your data

Visit Databricks

Databricks is a unified platform for data, analytics and AI built on an open lakehouse architecture. It brings data warehousing, data engineering, governance, business intelligence and AI together in one environment, helping organizations manage data, build applications and agents, and deliver natural language insights without maintaining separate systems.

Key components include Lakebase, a serverless Postgres database integrated with the lakehouse; Genie, a data-aware AI assistant; Unity Gateway, for governing enterprise AI access, cost and guardrails; and Lakehouse, serverless data warehousing on open lake data. The platform also offers Model Serving, Solution Accelerators, and access to data sets, ML models, notebooks, applications and dashboards through Databricks Marketplace, powered by the OpenSharing standard. Security features include encryption, network controls, auditing, identity integration, access controls and data governance.

Databricks is used by data, analytics and AI teams across industries, including startups and highly regulated organizations. Pricing is pay-as-you-go with no up-front costs, billed per second for products used, with committed use contracts available for usage-based discounts. A free trial provides access to the platform, and some trials include credits for Databricks services. Qualifying startups can receive credits through the Databricks for Startups Program.
