HPE CloudPhysics is a hybrid cloud visibility service that helps organizations assess workloads, identify cost and modernization opportunities, and plan operations across their environments. Data is collected through a virtual appliance deployed to VMware vCenter, which feeds assessments and dependency maps used to inform decisions.

The service includes the HPE CloudPhysics virtual appliance (OVA/OVF), assessments, dependency maps, a host license analytic simulator, and partner resources such as a partner user guide and opportunity management tools. Access runs through HPE SSO, with user management for inviting additional users in an organization, and support covering appliance installation, network troubleshooting, and security guidance.

It is aimed at organizations running VMware vCenter environments and at HPE partners managing customer assessments. Assessments are created, renewed, or extended through the partner program, and an opportunity ID is required for all assessments.
