It combines business calling and SMS with automatic archiving and CRM logging, helping firms communicate with clients while keeping records available for compliance review. Calls and messages are captured automatically and synced to CRMs such as Redtail, Wealthbox, and Salesforce.
The platform includes an SMS inbox with group messaging, scheduled messages, out-of-office replies, and a website Text Us widget. Phone features include multiple business numbers, a CRM-connected dialer, IVR menus, call routing, ring groups, and spam screening. Compliance tools cover five-year retention, archiver feeds to providers such as Hadrius, Greenboard, and Archive Intel, TCPA opt-in and unsubscribe management, and A2P 10DLC registration. AI features include call transcription and summaries, AI routines, automated birthday and milestone texts, and an AI call receptionist. Integrations extend to HubSpot, Practifi, Slack, Google Contacts and Calendar, and Zapier. The service runs on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Web, with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and encryption at rest and in transit.
CurrentClient is packaged in three seat-based plans: Text, Text + Forwarding, and Text + Phone, with monthly or annual billing and no contracts. Add-ons include AI Transcription + Summaries, AI Voice Agent, Outreach Engine, and AI Routines, priced per user or per workspace with included monthly usage and overflow rates. Carrier registration carries a one-time setup fee.
