CloudQuery

Cloud ops, without the chaos

Visit CloudQuery

CloudQuery is an open-source, self-hosted context engine for cloud infrastructure. It syncs data from more than 80 cloud and SaaS sources into a database you operate, standardizing it into a single relational schema so you can inspect, govern, and automate your cloud estate with SQL. Syncs are defined in version-controlled YAML and can run once or on a schedule, with incremental sync to keep scans fast across many accounts.

It supports destinations including Postgres, BigQuery, Snowflake, and S3, and offers an MCP server (in PostgreSQL or Snowflake Mode) that lets AI agents query synced data under your own access controls. Source plugins cover AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub, Kubernetes, Okta, Datadog, and others; missing sources can be built with the Go, Python, JS, or Java SDK. It runs on Linux, macOS, Windows, or Docker.

CloudQuery is aimed at platform, security, governance, and FinOps teams. It is open source with a free plan that includes a row limit and 50+ sources; an Enterprise edition adds higher row limits, custom policies, notifications, data access controls, and user management. Pricing is usage-based on rows synced per year, billed annually, and a free trial is available. Support plans range from Community through Platinum.
