It addresses the need to manage charging across networks through a single app and card, with banking services provided by Piermont Bank, Member FDIC, and the Bluedot Visa Debit Card issued by Piermont Bank under a Visa license.

The app locates stations with filters for vehicle type, shows real-time availability with cost and compatibility details, processes payments, and tracks spending. It offers flat-rate pricing at featured stations, cash back on charging and other purchases, in-app support chat, and funding via ACH transfers, debit card, or ATM deposits. A virtual card is created at sign-up, with a physical card available.

Bluedot serves individual drivers and fleets, with separate offerings for each. Sign-up is free, and there is no subscription fee; users pay only when they use the service.
