AISTA builds custom ChatGPT-based website chatbots trained on a site's own data, answering questions in a specified way. Websites are crawled and scraped for training data, and XML, JSON, YAML and CSV files can be uploaded as additional training data. Once vectorised, the chatbot answers questions using only that training data as its source. A small script is embedded on the site, and the vendor states the technology works with any CMS or website. The chatbot never leaves the training data and only says what the owner wants it to say, which the vendor says eliminates AI hallucinations. Use cases mentioned include customer support, lead generation, custom AI expert systems, legal help and medical help. Chatbots with a personality can be created, such as one answering as Alan Turing.
