It surfaces silent failures such as user corrections, repeated questions, and frustration signals without requiring bug reports, then groups similar failures into clusters and shows how many users and messages each one affects. Teams can inspect flagged messages and nested tool traces to locate the source of a problem.
The platform includes automatic intent and sentiment discovery, quality, policy, and compliance violation detection, alerts for rising friction, and self-improvement suggestions. Suggested prompt changes come with replay results for review before approval, and fixes can be applied automatically once approved. Slack alerts are supported, along with integrations for LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK, Pydantic AI, Mastra, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others, plus Python, TypeScript, and OpenTelemetry for custom harnesses.
