Zomma provides computer-use agents for financial back-office work, operating directly on the screens a team already uses, including portals, registries, PDFs, case managers and internal tools. Each agent reads the required sources, builds a case file with a timestamped screenshot behind every finding, and returns a recommendation with its reasoning for a person to approve. It is designed to handle compliance queues for payment companies: screening (KYB/KYC, sanctions and PEP lists), transaction monitoring alerts, and periodic reviews, as well as reconciliations and disputes for payment and fund operations.
The product runs in an isolated cloud desktop per task, with credentials held in a vault and never sent to a model. An orchestrator layer holds policies, settings and credentials, while the runtime executes cleared instructions; sensitive actions require human approval, and every step is logged. It integrates with Claude, Hermes or a custom agent through an API, supports 1Password for credential storage, SSO/SAML via WorkOS, and stores data in a single-tenant AWS environment in the United States with configurable retention. Model calls go to Anthropic and OpenAI under zero data retention. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per deployment with no per-case metering; no free plan or trial is stated.
