Gumloop
Gumloop
Gumloop is a collaborative platform for building AI agents that connect to company tools and knowledge. Employees can create agents by describing tasks in plain language, share them across teams, and run them from Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, or the Gumloop interface. Agents can access company knowledge, skills, and live context from connected tools to handle tasks such as CRM updates, data analysis, and support workflows.
Key capabilities include over 300 native connectors, support for external and custom MCP servers, model routing across frontier and open-weight models, and an analytics agent with a coding sandbox. The Gumstack module provides security and observability: SSO and SCIM integration with identity providers, RBAC and ABAC for MCP, per-tool authorization, tool call traceability, MCP inventory and auditing, and hosted MCP deployment. IT administrators can manage spend with per-user and per-agent caps, dashboards, and projections, and deploy in their own VPC with custom API keys.
Gumloop is aimed at teams building automation and IT administrators governing AI usage. It offers a free plan, a trial, and an enterprise tier that includes role-based access control, audit logging, MCP gateway observability, policy enforcement, spend analytics, model restriction, and VPC deployment. Developer tooling includes an SDK, CLI, and MCP support.
