You Got Listings is a residential rental platform that connects listing inventory, renter inquiries, showings, applications, credit and background reports, and lease signing in a single workflow. Operating since 2009, it addresses the problem of moving rental deals across disconnected systems by carrying information forward from listing to signed lease. Each account is assigned to one state and can contain unlimited listings.
Core modules include a listings directory and management, lead generation and CRM, showing automation with confirmations and reminders, online applications and custom forms, credit reports through ShareAble by TransUnion and TransUnion credit reporting with FICO scores, and lease preparation with e-signatures. Integrations cover MLS feeds, syndication to channels such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and Zumper, API access and data feeds on the Team plan, plus data import and entry services.

Packaging includes a free Owners & Managers account with no license requirement, an Individual plan for one licensed professional, and a Team plan with 20 users included and additional users at extra cost.
