VisitUs Reception is a cloud-based visitor management system that replaces paper sign-in sheets with digital check-in for visitors, contractors and staff. It maintains a live view of who is on site, sends host notifications when guests arrive, and supports evacuation roll call with safety confirmation via SMS, mobile roll call and time-stamped reports.
Core capabilities include pre-registration with invitations, QR code check-in, digital document signing for NDAs and inductions, and reporting covering visitor and contractor activity, staff attendance, multi-site dashboards and scheduled exports. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zapier, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO providers such as Auth0 and Microsoft Azure Active Directory, plus a REST API and webhooks for syncing data and automating workflows. The system runs on a web dashboard and mobile/tablet apps, with kiosk installation available.
VisitUs targets organisations across logistics, manufacturing, government, aged care and non-profit sectors, including multi-site operations.
