Visit Tuva Health

Tuva Health is an open-source healthcare data transformation platform that runs inside a cloud data warehouse. It addresses the problem of fragmented healthcare data by harmonizing, validating, enriching, and activating claims, eligibility, EHR, pharmacy, and lab data into a standardized model for analytics, applications, and AI.

The platform is organized into layers: an Input Layer that maps raw sources into a standardized schema, a Data Quality layer, a Normalization and Claims Preprocessing stage, a Core Data Model covering entities such as MedicalClaim, Patient, Encounter, and Lab, and Data Marts spanning areas like Cost & Utilization, Clinical Quality, Risk Adjustment, and Preventable Events. It runs natively on Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift, and integrates with dbt. A Marketplace offers third-party applications built on the Tuva data model, including CMS TEAM Analyzer, CMS Provider Attribution, CodeRx Drug Database, and Predictive Models.

Tuva is aimed at healthcare data and analytics teams that want to own their data platform and model within their own warehouse. The core platform is open source and available at no cost, while paid offerings are packaged as fixed-fee annual subscriptions.
