Torii

Torii is a SaaS and AI management platform that brings application discovery, identity governance, and spend control into a single system. It continuously discovers sanctioned and shadow apps across finance, identity, HR, and browser-level signals, then ties each app to real usage, ownership, and contract terms so teams can right-size licenses, reclaim spend, and automate access decisions.

Core capabilities include multi-source app discovery, no-code onboarding and offboarding workflows with provisioning and revocation, access requests with owner routing and approvals, license reclamation based on usage data, AI contract ingestion with renewal clause detection and alerts, and an AI Dashboard that tracks spend, token consumption, and model usage by user and department. It integrates with HRMS, finance, contract management, and identity providers, and supports SAML 2.0 SSO, MFA, audit trails, and SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance.

Torii is aimed at IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams. It is packaged in three editions: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) for identity discovery, access governance, certifications, and lifecycle automation; SaaS Management Platform (SMP) for app discovery, license and renewal workflows, and expense and contract integrations; and AI Management for AI app discovery, token tracking, spend by department, and ROI reporting.
