Twingate
Identity-based access for users, services, and AI agents; positioned as a VPN replacement
Twingate is an identity-based Zero Trust Network Access platform that replaces VPNs, jump hosts, and IP allowlists for accessing private resources. Connections are bound to a verified identity and scoped to individual resources, with no open inbound ports and direct peer-to-peer tunnels between user and resource. Access is continuously re-evaluated, and connections are torn down when they should no longer exist.
The platform includes Zero Trust Network Access, internet security with DNS and content filtering, and an identity firewall. Security policies support authentication and MFA requirements, device posture checks via MDM/EDR integrations, location controls, and time and usage limits, applied per resource, group, or network-wide. Policies can be managed through the admin console or as code using Terraform, the Kubernetes operator, GraphQL, Pulumi, or the API. Integrations cover major IdPs, MDM/EDRs, SIEMs, CI/CD pipelines, and DOH providers. Clients are available for macOS, Windows, Linux, Chrome, iOS, and Android.
Twingate is intended for organizations securing remote access to private resources across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including users, services, and AI agents. A free trial is available, and an MSP Portal is offered for managed service providers.
