Topicary

AI-native documentation for solo writers and small teams

Visit Topicary

Topicary is a structured authoring CCMS for documentation teams that monitors published and updated topics, flags stale or drifting content, and keeps pages answer-ready for readers and AI tools. It addresses the upkeep problem: knowing what changed and whether each page still matches the product.

Features include block-level component reuse with where-used tracking, conditional content with boolean expressions, variables with per-target overrides, review workflows with SME approval and track changes, and publishing to a hosted web site, PDF, and exports to Markdown, DITA XML, Word, and XLIFF 2.0. Integrations include GitHub, Zendesk, Salesforce, and an MCP server for external AI tools. AI features cover inline writing assistance, a chat panel, a semantic index, content-graph queries, and passive quality checks for duplicates, terminology drift, and coverage gaps.

Topicary is built for lone writers and documentation teams of roughly 3 to 10. It is packaged as a free plan for one author with limited topics and one published site, a Pro plan for up to three writers, a Team plan for up to ten writers, and a Business edition with unlimited authors and sites. The product is currently free during beta, with Team and Business features available on request.
