The Site Book is UK construction compliance software that turns a plain-English description of a job into a set of site documents. It covers the practical CDM pack — RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, site inductions, emergency plans, COSHH assessments, method statements and toolbox talks — drafted from the project's actual details rather than a generic template, with AI quality checking that flags vague wording before download.
Alongside document creation, it offers worker sign-off with optional PINs, certificate and right-to-work tracking, incident logs, permits, site diaries, site attendance, evacuation roll-calls, site files, document review evidence, a controlled document workflow with version history, subcontractor evidence records, inspections and actions, and one-click Audit Pack export. Integrations include Google Drive, Xero, Zapier and Slack Site Ready. It runs on the web and supports voice input for describing jobs.
It is aimed at sole traders, small builders and contractors up to multi-site firms, with a role-aware interface that adapts to the user's position on a project. Packaging includes a free first job pack (RAMS, CPP and induction), a Pro plan for paperwork with unlimited projects and all six document types, a Business edition adding internal logins, active site portal users, attendance and site files, and a per-site Site Control tier for principal contractors with QR sign-in and CSCS checks.
