The two products are sold separately or together. BotForge includes instant answers, lead capture, and scheduled URL retraining, with a free tier offering one bot and message credits. Paid editions add more bots, training data, and retraining frequency, with a white-label agency edition available. VoiceForge plans include a set number of minutes with usage-based rates beyond that, and custom plans are available for higher call volumes. Both products can be started without a credit card, and VoiceForge offers trial minutes.
