Syncovery

File sync, backup, copy and migration software for local drives, network shares and cloud

Visit Syncovery

Syncovery is desktop software for backing up and synchronizing files across PCs, Macs, servers, laptops, NAS systems and online storage. It addresses the need to copy data between different locations while handling large folder structures, moved files, locked files and two-way synchronization conflicts. Jobs are saved as reusable profiles that can be run manually, from the command line, or on a schedule, with the scheduler able to run as a service without user logon.

The software supports local drives, network shares, mounted volumes and protocols including FTP, FTPS, SFTP/SSH, HTTP, WebDAV and rsync, alongside cloud providers such as Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box and Backblaze B2, with Rclone for additional services. Core capabilities include ZIP compression, 256-bit AES encryption, versioning, block-level delta copying, file masks and filters, parallel copying threads, and synchronization modes such as Standard Copying, Exact Mirror and SmartTracking. Real-time synchronization, the File System Monitoring Service and Destination File List Cache are available on Windows, with real-time sync also on macOS. Wizard Mode and Advanced Mode provide different levels of profile configuration, and PascalScript can extend functionality.

Syncovery is intended for individuals and organizations managing file synchronization, backup and migration tasks across mixed environments. It is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, FreeBSD and NAS platforms, and installs as a free 30-day trial without registration.
